Morgan Cowie

Founder

Morgan Cowie (she/her) is a Leo Sun, a dedicated learner and a lover of all things that light the world up with joy. 

There is not a movement practice in the world that Morgan doesn’t want to find out more about. She is currently enthralled with teaching pilates, barre, yoga and fun dance cardio sequences.

Anne Chan

Instructor

Anne Chan (she/her) is a fast walker (in life) and a slow mover (in practice). To share in a practice that is personal and unique to every individual in every single class, is such an amazing experience.

Her approach to movement is to invite self inquiry.

Christine Carr

Instructor

Christine (she/her) is a movement instructor in Toronto who really believes in the transformative power of movement. Christine is a Tap Dancer and Ottawa Valley Step Dancer, and loves all things rhythm and percussion!

With a dynamic dance career spanning 15 years, Christine has had the incredible privilege of performing and touring worldwide.

Erica Gittens

Instructor

Erica (she/her) is a Mindfulness Guide. She loves transitions from pose to pose and the creative weaving of movement and intention.

Lodoe Laura

Instructor

Lodoe Laura (she/her) is a Toronto-based movement instructor. Her offerings vary from lively and energizing pilates workouts, to grounded yoga sequences that harmonize mind and body.

She encourages you to approach your embodied practice with a sense of curiosity and playfulness, and leads classes that incorporate both effort and ease.

Shaelah Martin

Instructor

Movement in all forms has always been part of Shae’s life, whether it was dancing, figure skating, running, or skiing. Shae started practicing yoga in 2001 and found Pilates shortly after and has been teaching in Toronto since 2015.

Shae (she/her) loves to create fun and inclusive classes with the option to level up, and always encourages her students to listen to their bodies as they move.  

Shawna Turner

Shawna (she/her) started out teaching reformer in 2014 at a physiotherapy clinic, and has maintained that therapeutic touch ever since. 

Expect classes that are clean, clear, creative and intelligent and that leave you feeling connected, strong, and at home in your body.

Shelby Wright

Instructor

Shelby Wright (she/her) is a dance artist and has called Toronto home for most of her life. Dancing and moving around with others is her number 1 thing.

She has trained in dance since she was 5 and has performed across Canada, with a recent work being shown at the 2019 Toronto Biennial of Art. A highlight of her dance training was to study at the Limón Institute in New York City.

Taranee Ponjani

Instructor

Taranee Ponjani (she/her) is a human trying to be her best self.

She loves to practice and teach to give back to the community and develop deeper relationships with herself and others.

Valerie Tiu

Instructor

Valerie Tiu (she/her) is a Yoga and Pilates Instructor in Tkaranto. Sometimes spicy, sometimes soft, Val’s classes blend intensity with gentleness, inviting students to explore and find joy in their movement.

Yaïza Décaudin

Instructor

Yaiza Decaudin (she/her) is true to her Cancer Sun, she leads her life with an open heart. Movement, art, and expression has always been a part of her, one discipline constantly leading her into a new layer of herself.

After living abroad for many years, her love for travel and self-discovery allowed her to experience the world through a unique lens, deepening her respect and need for community.
