What We Offer

Not showing up for a class or cancelling within our 8 hour policy results in the loss of a credit.
This pass is non-transferable; non-refundable; and the date of use cannot be extended.

Looking for a regular and steady routine? We have monthly auto renewing subscriptions, that allow you to commit to a reformer class once or twice, or three times a week.

This recurring monthly membership gives you 4 classes at Gem every 30 days.
Monthly allotment of classes (4) do not roll over into the next month. If they are not used within the month, they will not be available to use in any future time period.
When you sign up, you'll pay a one-time $25+HST registration free.
Your monthly payments will be $115+HST for 4 classes per month.

This recurring monthly membership gives you 8 classes at Gem by Mosaic every 30 days.
Monthly allotment of classes (8) do not roll over into the next month. If they are not used within the month, they will not be available to use in any future time period.
When you sign up, you'll pay a one-time $25+HST registration free.
Your monthly payments will be $225+HST for 8 classes per month.

This recurring monthly membership gives you 12 classes at Gem every 30 days.
This is a great option for the dedicated, three times a week student.
Monthly allotment of classes (12) do not roll over into the next month. If they are not used within the month, they will not be available to use in any future time period.
When you sign up, you'll pay a one-time $25+HST registration free.
Your monthly payments will be $325+HST for 12 classes per month.

As a member in good standing, you get:
Monthly access to 4, 8, or 12 classes per month;
Up to three pauses per contract year. Pauses can be as short as seven days and you can pause up to ninety days per contract year;
The opportunity to pause for an extra ninety days for a fee of $25+hst (can only be done once);
Right to cancel at any point by giving thirty days notice and making one final regular monthly payment.
Class cancellations made within 8 hours of class will result in a loss of class credit.

You allow Gem by Mosaic Inc. to charge your credit or debit card monthly in advance until you cancel your membership.
All requests for a hold or cancellation on your membership must be done by email to hello@gembymosaic.ca at least 14 days prior to the requested pause or cancellation date, and that pauses and cancellation only come into effect when the studio provides its express approval to you by way of email confirmation.
You may cancel your membership at any time by giving thirty days advance notice through email at hello@gembymosaic.ca and making one final monthly payment. You will have access to the benefits of membership for thirty days after making your final payment.
Your membership is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and may not be shared. No rights or privileges granted by this membership can be transferred.
You must inform Gem by Mosaic Inc. of changes to your credit card information (e.g., expiry date) at least 14 days before the next pre-authorized payment, or to make the changes yourself online in advance of your next payment due.
